01Problem

Fake and spam reviews sit on the map customers trust.

A business can do careful work for years and still lose the next customer to a review that should not be there. Spam and other policy-violating posts can pull a rating down and make a listing look less credible in local search.

People decide before they visit

The rating and the latest comments are often the first impression. One fake 1-star can outweigh a long run of ordinary, real feedback.

Comparison happens on the map

Nearby customers compare listings side by side. Policy-violating reviews distort that picture for clinics, restaurants, hotels, and local services.

Vague reports go nowhere

Google's own tools are the right path. They work better with a specific, policy-based report than with a pile of screenshots.

Honest criticism from a real customer is not spam. Low stars, on their own, are not a policy violation. If a review should stay, we will say so.

02Process

Four steps. Then a fee only if it comes down.

You hear whether a review is worth filing before anyone talks about payment. Google makes the decision, and the timeline varies.

  1. 01

Share the listing and the reviews

Send your Google Maps link on WhatsApp, plus the reviews you want assessed. A review link or a clear screenshot is enough to start. Send only listings you own or are authorized to manage.

  2. 02

    We assess policy fit

Each review is compared with Google's published content policies. If a review does not fit a removal path, we say so before any filing and before any fee.

  3. 03

    We file through official channels

Eligible reviews are reported with Google's review tools and Business Profile tools. When a legitimate legal path applies, we explain it in plain language. We do not invent documents.

  4. 04

You pay when a review is removed

$99 USD per successful removal. For bulk orders or multi-location groups, contact on WhatsApp for custom per-review rates. Long-term work is negotiable. If Google leaves the review up, you do not pay for it.

03Limits

What this service will not do.

Plain boundaries, before you send a message.

01

Official channels only

Policy reports, Business Profile tools, and legitimate legal paths when one actually applies.

02

No fabricated paperwork

No fake court orders, no borrowed letterhead, and no claim of special access inside Google.

03

No bought reputation

We do not post reviews, sell stars, or offer packages of new ratings.

04

No fee without a removal

You pay for a review Google removes. A report that does not succeed is not billed.

04Fees

Two rates. Both require a removal.

You are paying for a review Google takes down, not for an attempt.

05Clients

Built for the owner on the listing.

Maps Reviews Fix is for independent and owner-run businesses, not only for national chains. A group with several locations can send all of them at once for the lower per-removal rate. Owners write from Europe, the United States, Australia, South Korea, and elsewhere.

Clinics and practices

Dental, medical, therapy, and veterinary offices.

Restaurants and cafés

Dining rooms that depend on what the map says this week.

Hotels and guesthouses

Independent stays with a public Maps rating.

Home services

Plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and other trades.

Salons, studios, and shops

Local businesses with a steady flow of Maps reviews.

Multi-location groups

Several branches, handed over together.

This is a poor fit if you want negative reviews removed regardless of Google's policies, or if you want someone to post new reviews for you.

06FAQ

Before you send a listing.

Which reviews can be removed?

Reviews that violate Google's policies can be reported for removal. That includes spam, fake engagement, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, harassment, and other prohibited material. Some reviews can also be challenged through a legitimate legal path when the facts support it. A star rating alone is not a violation. Each review is assessed before anything is filed.

Which reviews usually cannot be removed?

Honest reviews from real customers generally stay up when they follow Google's rules, including critical and 1-star reviews. Maps Reviews Fix will not file a report just to protect a rating. If there is no policy or legal basis, we say so and we do not charge you.

How are reviews filed?

You send the Google Maps listing and the specific reviews. We compare them with Google's published policies. Fitting reviews are submitted through Google's official reporting tools and Business Profile options. A legal path is used only when one truly applies, and it is explained in plain language. We have no private access to Google.

How long does removal take?

Google decides the timeline, and it varies. Some reports are reviewed in a few days, others take longer, and some are denied. We cannot move Google's queue. We follow the listing and tell you the outcome we can see.

What do I pay if a review stays up?

Nothing for that review. The standard rate is $99 USD per review Google removes. For bulk orders or multi-location groups, contact us on WhatsApp for custom per-review removal rates. Long-term work is negotiable. The rate is confirmed on WhatsApp before work starts. This is not a promise that any particular review, or every unhappy review, will come down.

Do you prepare court documents?

No. We do not create fake lawsuits, fake court orders, or borrowed legal letterhead. A policy report asks Google to apply its own content rules. A legal path is separate, and it is only for situations that actually qualify. We will not present an ordinary complaint as a court case.

Who is this service for?

Owner-run and independent businesses with a Google Maps listing: clinics, restaurants, hotels, guesthouses, salons, shops, and home services such as trades and cleaning. Groups with more than one location can send all of them together. You do not need to be a large chain. Owners get in touch from Europe, the United States, Australia, South Korea, and other places.
